We currently have an opening for a front desk administrator to work out of our office in Birkirkara.
The ideal candidate must be/have:
Presentable and dependable
Good telephone skills
ECDL Certified
Fluent in both Maltese and English
Well organised and meticulous
A positive and can do attitude
Clean police conduct
Remuneration consists of a competitive salary plus a monthly team performance bonus.
Office hours:
Monday through Friday from 9 am to 1pm and 2 pm to 5 pm.
Saturday 9 am to 12 pm.
Duties include:
Opening and closing the office in a timely fashion
Data entry on regional property database
Handling of incoming telephone calls
Moderating Office social media pages
Setting up of social media paid adverts
Communicating with Regional and other RE/MAX Offices
Supporting sales associates with information
Distributing incoming leads and business
Administering property keys
Understanding and maintaining regional and office policies
